Disk Drive
I have noticed that my new second audio drive is Dynamic instead of Basic is this ok?

I'd reformat the drive and go with Basic. Back when I was using Windows I'd always reformat a new drive to get rid of any vendor supplied crud on there. And now that I'm on a Mac I still have to reformat new drives as they almost always come formatted for Windows. |

Pro Tools will not record to a DYNAMIC drive(learned the hard way). Reformat is the way to go.
