They both have similar specs.
Keep in mind that Both of these Preamps SUCK!! I'm half joking here, seriously these are entry level interfaces and are not audiophile quality or even studio quality. BUT....they get sound into your computer without a lot of noise, fuss or without complicated controls. Plug it in, turn it up, record. Long story short...they are good enough preamps to make demos, write songs etc.
