Cannot save session error?

I've started getting an error when trying to save a session. The error message looks like *cannot write file that already exists* or something like that... saw first in 10.3 and is the same in 10.3.2 on a win7 machine.

Only thing that helps is to save as with another name...

When you save session as.... does it save correctly while working after that? Is this just one session? If its just that one session another option is to create a blank session and drag the .ptx file (the session file) into the edit window (this will open up the import session data window, once you import all data you can save it and the command/S quick key to save should work again. Almost sounds like you have the session or folder locked from alteration or changes.

Yes, after save as it works again. This happens with number of sessions. Issue starts randomly with a session that has been working fine until at some point I get the "can't write file exists" error. Then I go and save as and continue... a bit annoying.

Hey the next time this starts to happen try to trash the prefs and see f it stops it... Looks like your on Windows so it would be this one:

If it comes back I would recommend you do a complete uninstall and reinstall clean...
