Control 24 various inputs
I am currently using the Yamaha O2R and seriously thinking about going the Control 24 route (instead of the ProControl).........
Just wondering about being able to monitor through different speakers and also being able to patch in outboard gear.......or digital inputs like from my CD player or DAT Thankyou for any replys |

Re: Control 24 various inputs
I'm not sure of the analog patch options, however I do know that it does not have any digital connections. which is fine.
Everyone needs to remember that just because the Control 24 has a bunch of mic pre's, does NOT mean it is a stand alone digital mixer (like an O2R or Mackie) It is designed to be used with PRo Tools, as a control surface, so your digital patches are still going to be routed through your interface(s) It looks really cool and it would be a hell of lot better than a combo system of a HUI (8 faders) and a low end mixer w/ Pre's. I'm not singling out Mackie or the O2R as low end, just making apoint |
