Default Cycle Plugin Windows in PT

Hey guys,

Does anyone know the way I can display in PT any plugins of an attentioned track by pressing a key (or a softkey) or how I can cycle through inserts of my attentioned track once i've pressed the "plugin window" soft key ?

Thanks !

I'm not sure there a way, you would have to go into the plugin and then back out.

Hmmm … Too bad.
It would have been quite cool to display (in PT) any plugin you're working on (in expand mode particularly) by pressing a key (and close this plugin window with the same key).

There are plans (maybe even in the next release) to add EQ and DYN cycling. Pressing the EQ button more than once would take you to the next EQ in the chain, if there were more than 2, pressing a 3rd time would show the 3rd EQ. Likewise with Dynamics. We could do the same with Inserts but that would take away seeing the list of plugins on the knobs and then picking the one you want.

Cycling into your EQs and DYNs would be great !

But, thinking about the expand zone, it would be nice to be able to cycle without returning to the EQ or DYN keys of the track you attentioned.

The list of the plugins in Inserts view is a very good thing, it's just the fact that you have to click on your insert in PT to be able to see it, which a bit boring.

So just adding a little key to display the plug your working on would be great !

Speaking about the Insert view, It would also be great to be able to get into writing all the automation enabled parameters of a plugin only by touching his knob !

And Last but not least, being able to copy and paste settings of plugins parameters in insert view (ICON style) would be awesome !

Thank you very much Eddie, it feels great to be heard on the development of this great product !
