Default Channel strip glitch

Hey guys and girls, we're encountering a glitch (or what we think is a glitch) on one of our PT10 systems. We're running 10.3.8.

So here is an example of the situation:

We have an audio channel labeled Vox. On the inserts, we just have a De-Esser. On send A, we have Bus 1-2 going out to a Reverb Aux receiving Bus 1-2 on input. The reverb is RVerb or something, but that's trivial as this happens with any plugin. Ok, so everything seems normal here. But here is where the problem occurs.

We click Rverb. It brings the Rverb window up as it should. But when we go back to the Vox channel and click Bus 1-2 to adjust the send level, it closed the Rverb window, and opens the De-Esser.

This happens with any combination of plugins!

Any ideas?

Thanks!
