I'm NOT able to Update Pro Tools 10.0.0 to the newest version

I need to update my 10.0.0 version of Pro Tools. I have an AVID account I registered my product, put in the serial numbers etc. It still does not say under my AVID account that I own ANY products! Where or how do I get my products to show up?
There is another link to follow if your product is not listed, then I am asked for a "system ID"... What is that and where do I find it?? Nothing I can put in for the system ID works...Is there any one who can give me some direction on how to get this update? I have been spinning wheels for WAY to long now... HELP PLEASE?!
