Default Assigning Custom Key Commands

Ok, so I've got certain thinks assigned to KC like region name, Automation follows edit ect working through OSX key command assigns.

I've seen this before, but can't figure out how to make it work.

I've seen where audiosuite plugins will open on a KC. I have them assigned via the OSx KC page, but all they do is come up at the top of the audiosuite menu, but don't open.

What am I missing?

thanks

For instance, I have shortcuts made for Gain (Ctrl+G), Reverse (Ctrl+R) and Vari-Fi (Ctrl+V). The thing to make sure of is to write the name exactly as it appears in the menus. So, I have "Save As..." to be Ctrl+Option+Cmd+S, and it works great for me.

To have a plugin at the top of the menu you hold Cmd whilst selecting the plugin.

Some of the plugins work, some of them don't. They are identical in name.

Any thoughts on that?

Hi,

I got a couple of AudioSuite PlugIns assigned to keys & keystrokes using QuicKeys:

I donno bout the built OSX-KCs. Never used them as QuicKeys works great.

Which plugins, and what KC have you assigned to them?

I didn't even know that Mac OSX did this natively until today. Pretty sweet! I also put in the Gain Plug-in, VocALign Pro, Restore Performance... and etc. This is sweet!
