Importing audio and dreaded color wheel
Using Protools M-Powered 6.8r2 with Delta 1010LT on a G5 2.5 Dual w/3Gig RAM. 2 300GB drives. OS X 10.4.3
After successfully importing a .wav clip into a session, any time I try to import another .wav file into the session, my Protools freezes up with the spinning color wheel! I then have to force quit and lose any work I've done. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Thanks, Russ |

Re: Importing audio and dreaded color wheel
Did you run the Disk Utility and repair your permissions? I'm not sure if all of the current M-Audio drivers work properly with 10.4.3. My Ozonic is working but I have read other people are having problems.
Maybe you should revert back to 10.4.2 and wait for a new Delta driver to come out?
