Hello Iam a new pro tools user, I bought a mbox 2mini, and a maudio midi keyboard im trying to connect the two through my computer so when im in a pro tools session I can hear sounds. so far nothing is working. everytime I use my midi keys it shows that volume is coming out but there is no sound. Ive tried this on two different computers and I get the same results. I know its prob a configuration set up that I probably didnt set up right but please help.

Re: No sound
i midi keyboard has NO sound capabilites, it's simple a device that translates information.
you need to take a stereo mini jack from the headphone out of the PT micro and plug that into an amp or speakers. then plug in the midi keyboard via usb. now open PT and begin a session. create an instrument track and pick an instrument fromt he input section of an audio channel, then start rocking out on your keyboard. just make sure the output of that track is set to a1-2 so it'll go out through the micro to your speakers
