2 things to consider:
1-delay on a master track is not compensated for(usually does not need to be). 2-as a quick experiment, instead of Bounce to Disk, select the master track and commit it. I don't know exactly what will happen as I never dig this deep into things that don't affect my work, but I'd be interested to hear if it changes the outcome.
