I'm currently using Strike V2, and recently read there's a free 2.0.2 update.
Having trouble locating a link to the download. Anyone help please?

Actually the latest version is 2.0.3. I got my update here: https://cs.mycommerce.com/airmusic/?logout=1

You will need to key in your order number. If that doesn't work, I suggest contacting Air Music Support here: http://www.airmusictech.com/support

Thanks for the links, but it appears the download is still V2.0. There is no mention of v2.0.3
any other clues?

It's "360" pain and severe agony to get any clarity of the AIR installers

We were installing for almost 4 days straight after upgrade to IEP2 so we know what you are thinking right now.

However, if you bought Structure you have to have got an email with the order number and links to download and thats where we got our ldownloads from.

Everyone who own Structure got the update email for 2.0.2 and 2.0.3 so have you checked your emails and where did you buy it from?

Yeah file that order email with the numbers on it, away nice and tidy.

I just downloaded a copy of Loom for my laptop the other day and I need that email with the order numbers.

The Air downloads page should be much simpler. There are 3 different everything's on that page

also only got me as far as Strike version 2.

When I viewed my AIR account on NOV 9 14, these were the current versions:
Strike 2.0.3 – Mac
Strike 2.0.2 – PC

However, via “Promo Code” today, both PC and Mac were listed as version 2.0.2

Whoever designed the AIR license and download delivery system should be fired and exiled to The Edge Of Alaska for the rest of days

It's sooo convoluted it puts people Off Of buying anymore from them for realz ..

We saved all the update installers on a drive as they only work for 30 days or something extremely stupid like that

Done and dusted! Never again AIR .. Never again!
