Plugins issues !!!!!!!

Hello,
i just get Protools 10.3, i run a mac os 10.7.3.
The install was all right but when i launch PT, i can not see any plugins, none in "insert" and none in "audiosuite".
There are present in folders "users/library/application support/digidesign and avid.
Any one has an idea ????? Please ????
