thumbs up to X-Verb. I use it for about 90% of the verb on mixes.

Revibe, Eventide reverb, Altiverb and TC Nonlin/Plate are my go-to reverbs. I'm currently testing TSAR-1 from Softube, and it sounds absolutely wicked on drums.

I am surprised nobody has said EWQL Spaces. It is in my opinion one of the most real and smooth impulse verbs out there. Just a plethora of amazingness!

EWQL is the company that makes the best orchestral samplers out there. Check them out!

I like TL Space as well. Those two are my go tos!

What can you recommend me?

Thanks.
Currently enjoying 2CAudio's Aether - very nice algorithmic plug. I'd love to use and recommend the Lexicon package, but they've made no announcements regarding AAX availability, and I have a bad feeling they're gonna orphan it like they have so many other products.

best,

I will second Valhalla. Way better than the low price would suggest.

Have a look at Vienna Suite. you get a convolution reverb, an algorithmic one and quite a few great other plugs for mixing and mastering. I never use Altiverb any more, because the Vienna plugs are so much better to my ears. I also have the Lexicon PCM native, and that's also very good for a little bit of tail wash over the mix, but I could do without it. I couldn't do without Vienna suite though.

But sometimes Dverb just works also.

I have 2 licences of Altiverb that I'm only keeping around for opening old projects. I wouldn't buy it now, even if there was a Windows version, because I think that for music that it's over priced, and there are other, better options.

Then Id first recommend you get away from windows! lol

You still cant beat the sound of this Reverb and the options and expandability are well above any other Verb on the market. Not that expensive at under $550 for a true great sounding verb (this is not the upgrade from previous versions......
