11R standalone editor takes 4 minutes to start

Hello,

I run Windows 7 Sp1 on fairly powerfull machine, however when starting 11R Standalone Editor it takes almost 4 minutes to initialize itself. Blank window appears immediately, but the content comes after 4 minutes.
Any advice is welcome.
