Default McDSP Classic Pack

I just got the McDSP Classic Pack (Analog Channel, CompressorBank, FilterBank, and MC2000).
All I can say, thus far, is wow. Great stuff. Anybody else liking it?

I wish. I've heard great things about Mcdsp, especially Analog Channel plug. It's only TDM though, right?

Nope, the RTAS/Native versions came out a short while ago.
Here's the cool thing about McDSP. You get the TDM and the RTAS/Native versions, plus a preprogrammed iLok. You can use it on your LE system, then take the iLok and software to a TDM studio and use it there too.

Real Time Audio Suite doesn't mean LE. Because TDM uses RTAS too. I guess just the way they use the term infers LE. I downloaded the trial version of Analog Channel for XP and used their authorization with my Ilok, but it wouldn't load on LE.

McDSP's "LE" plugs are pared down versions.
They offer FilterBank LE, CompressorBank LE, and Chrome Tone LE.
All three work with PTLE on Mac/Win, and are $179.97 each at Sweetwater.

The Classic Pack is 4 full version plugs: CompressorBank, FilterBank, Mc2000, and Analog Channel.
TDM and Native versions included, along with McDSP's green pre programmed iLok.
$1299.00 at Sweetwater.
I paid $1199.00 from www.professionalrecording.com

I had no problems with the demos, and indeed, they rock.
I processed as much as I could with them before the demo ran out. (Analog Channel got the most use).

That sucks so bad that they don't make the lite version of Analog Channel! They know it's the good stuff. I guess I need to save my pennies...$495
