AVID App Manager Never Updated PT, and all Downloads are missing from my Avid Acct

I just started having a CPU issue in PT 2018.12, and went to to see if an update would fix it. When I checked Avid App manager it only gave me the option to open 2018.12.

I went to my Avid account, and all of my download files are missing.

Any idea what I can do to fix this, and get my downloads back in my account?
