MIDI Controllers, M-Audio Keyboard not showing

I'm trying to configure Axiom pro 61 with PTLE 8.03cs1 (OSX 10.6) but on Peripherals -> Midi Controllers -> Type drop down menu I can find only Command8, HUI and MotorMix.
M-Audio Keyboard.bundle is in Controllers folder.
Anyone ever had a similar issue?
