Default re BFD: just drum kits or patterns as well?

i've just downloaded FXpansion_BFD_Lite_56394?
is it just drum kits or does it come with drum patterns as well?

also are there any plug ins which allow u to re-assign keyboard shortcuts,
i can't find a way of navigating tracks from the keyboard, i would dearly love to be able to use up/down arrow keys (also to select markers this way) or is there another way?
