MC Pro keyboard driver not working

The driver for midi and the one for the keyboard are not installing correctly on the workstation.

Avid Virtual Keyboard Device and
Euphonix virtual MIDI

64 bit windows7.
Have tried various mentioned workarounds, but no luck.

Have tried 3.1.3, 3.2.2 and 3.2.1
EDIT
just tried 2.7 - same problem
