Default Automated MIDI Map

Is there a way to setup a custom MIDI map in PT where I can take a general MIDI file, import it to a PT track, and then apply a custom MIDI map to the file so the notes I need transposed all move at once? Right now I move them one MIDI note group at a time which is getting old fast.
