Default MTP AV (Serial) MAC Issues HELP!!!

Ok, here is my setup

Win PC, for MIDI Only
Mac G4/733 w/ G4 Stealth Port
MTP AV (Serial)
Roland A-90EX
Roland XP-80
Korg Triton Rack
DA7 MkII Digital Mixer

I used an emagic MT4 previously but now I bought a new keyboard (piano) and the MTP AV. I have no clue as to how to configure the MTP AV to be seen on the Mac. It works fine in Windows (I mean at least it finds it and I can run the console). I had all my MIDI connections working fine with the MT4. The Windows PC will be doing all (or most) of my MIDI, but I need to get the MIDI connection established for the Mac as I use it for a HUI in protools.

What do I need to do to get FreeMIDI to recognize this device??

I'm having no success. Please clue me in.

You need Clockworks, which you can download free off the MOTU site. Run Free Midi once and set it's preferences to use OMS. Then switch to OMS, and use only that in future. Free Midi and Clockworks need to be on you're computer in order for it to see the MTP. Hope this helps.
