Default getting started

I just bought a digi 001 system, and i'm trying to teach myself the basics because the Demo Session didn't go far enough. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to output/burn session to a cd and how? Also, if anyone knows of a tutorial I can download, or a manual I can order that would be great. Thanks

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Well, do you have a CD burner? You need to bounce your session to disc as a AIFF stereo interleaved file at 16 bits, 44.1khz sample rate then burn that file to a CD in audio CD format.

If you are not familiar with some of these terminology’s then I suggest you read the manual. It has more than enough info in it for beginners. If you don’t have a hard copy manual, it is all there in the LE help menu while LE is open.

Good luck.

Thanks for the info. i do have a G4 with a superdrive, but when I tried to bounce to disk the first time, I bounced to the hard drive, and couldn't see a option to chose the blank cd i had placed in the drive. I'll try what you've suggested now, and see what happens. Do you know if hard copies of the manual are available? The getting started book is all i've got.
Thanks!

you need to use a cd burning program such as toast. ptle does not burn cds. you can buy a hard copy of the manual from the digi store on the website.
