Grace Period for HD upd.+Sup.Plan ending March?

When does the option to use the regular HD update and Supportplan
ends exactly ? my current License ends march 31th , is there any grace-
period to ACTIVATE a new Plan , or is this option at exactly midnight march 31 gone?
