RESOLVED: Eleven Rack Expansion Pack Firmware-HELP!!!!

Just purchased Eleven Rack expansion pack online. Installed correctly, shows all new elements in the software interface, however when I run the Firmware installer to update the hardware, I get this warning:

"Can't find licensing app. Perhaps the cp folder is not installed properly?"

When I enter my serial number and System ID, it goes nowhere...

Any help would be appreciated
