I recently ordered and received the "Production Suite" and I'm still using 5.1.1 with WIN 98, but preparing to upgrade. Your credit card will do all the currency conversion.

I haven't heard anything about PTLE 6.1 being out of stock, though.

Yeah, I got mine early this week with DHL. It´s not $ 99:- for you however, it´s more like USD 99:- + am. tax + costums and tax in EU.
