Mbox 2, no sound in firefox, but works in IE

I recently purchased pro tools LE with the Mbox 2. I was getting sound in pro tools and through windows media player and other offline applications, but I realized I wasn't getting sound when I used the internet. I looked through threads and downloaded the Digi MME Helper, and added firefox and internet explorer. It solved the problem with IE, but I still can't get any sound at all out of firefox, which is my preferred web browser. Any ideas on how to fix this?

You also have to add any of the plugins that firefox is using to produce sound; flash, etc.

Also, keep in mind that the Digidesign wavedriver is a single client driver. That means only one program at a time. If another program is open and using the wavedriver (system sounds, IE, media player, etc), then firefox won't be able to use it and won't produce sound. Some programs also "hang on" to the driver even when they seem to be closed.

Last, make sure you restart your machine after adding items with the MME Helper.

Am I right in thinking that this is for XP only - I cant do this in Vista?
