Hey guys, we are currently in the process of upgrading our mix systems (OS9) to hd (with new g5's and Tiger), and going was wondering what is the process of upgrading machine control software? or do we need to shell out the full amount again? (i certainly hope not...) anyone done this and know what the procedure is?
Thanks Matt

If you have the MachineControl 2.0 iLok authorization, then you just need to install MachineControl during Pro Tools installation.
If you have the floppy-authorized MachineControl v1.x, then you would need to contact Digidesign Customer Service with your iLok.com account ID, and they would deposit a free update license to your iLok account. The following qualifications both apply: You need to be the registered owner of MachineControl. You need to be registered for Pro Tools 6.0 or higher.
