OT: Import tempo map to Reason?
Hi, there:
Does anyone know how to import tempo map in Reason? I exported the standard midi file from PT and Midi tracks show up when I import the midi file in reason, but NOT the tempo map. Thanks in advance, Alex

Re: OT: Import tempo map to Reason?
Don't think that reason is able to change tempo and therefor not able to use a tempo map.
Rewire reason via. an aux track into protools and let protools handle the tempo change. |

Re: OT: Import tempo map to Reason?
yeah, right, but what I need is to open reason in standalone (I forgot to mention it in my original post), Of course, everything is fine in rewire status as to tempo issues, but I'm having a very complex session in PT and Reason, and the system almost can't handle it, so I need to convert some midi files in reason alone, so I can free up some resources. I can't record in PT with my session the way it is now.
I figured out a solution, but I'd like to know the solution of importing tempo map from the midi file in Reason, if anyone knows that. Thanks anyway.
