maintaining selections
Been away from my studio for a while-- and a little out of practice, but I'm back recording and everytime I make a selection, I hit play to listen to it, but once I hit stop playback the selection autmoatically deselects. This makes editing and loop recording annoying, I do a few takes and then the moment I stop playback, I lose the selection and have to reselect. What am I doing wrong? I know it hasn't always done this.

Re: maintaining selections
Press "N".
Or in Preferences/Operation/Timeline Insertion Follows Playback. Hope it helps, Timothy |

Re: maintaining selections
Thank you, just pressed "N" and it was back to working fine. I need to pay a little more attention to my quick keys.
