URGENT - Faulty Euphonix MC Control support

I've just installed PT10 on an iMac i7, 12GB RAM running OSX 10.7 and my Euphonix MC control v2 does not show ANY soft keys, although the Tracks selection and faders work. It's as if Avid forgot to add the 400 new Eucon soft keys into PT10 itself.

This is a clean install, no upgrade and the controller is running 2.6.1 Eucon and the latest 1.3.4 firmware.

I have a Avid MC Mix and the faders work on both.

Have I missed a trick here, was I meant to do something else to enable full Eucon support?

Can anyone help?

Hi Alvin,

EuControl 2.6.2 will be available shortly. The installer includes a new PT10 Application Set for the Artist Control Touchscreen and Softkeys, and the Artist Transport to take into account the +400 new EUCON commands available with PT10. Rest Assured, nothing is wrong with your system.

The update will be available today.

Thanks.... I was starting to think I had made a mistake.

I wonder if 2.6.2 adds any other support outside PT?
