Default Control 24\"s Fader Motor Digi-Tech

What would I be looking at as far as getting a new motor for my faders on the Control 24? My faders are sticking, then jumping around, and just plain going haywire. It seemed to come under control when I turned it of from the switch on the back, then back on after a few minutes. However, my happiness was very short lived. What's the problem and where can I get it fixed in Houston Texas?

Control24's need to go back to Digi for repairs, AFAIK. I'd contact them about that right away. Have you done a hard-reset?

Doesn't each fader have it's own motor? You can buy individual replacement Control 24 faders here:

If it's a lot (or all) of your faders and it came on suddenly, it's probably not a motor. It's probably the fader control board. Does this Control|24 have the updated power supply? I can't remember the serial designation but if your power supply has a fuse holder next to the IEC connector then it's the old style. The fader control boards are replaced along with the power supply. If you're not sure, you might just call customer service and check with them. It was a free replacement, but a pain in the rear end to install.
