What software are you running that works on OSX? Pro Tools doesn't, and I doubt your plugins do either. That's most likely your problem.
If that's not, and it really is an iLok problem, contact Pace. -Duardo

It sounds like a PACE problem to me too. When I installed 10.2.3, I lost some older PACE plugins like Realverb. We're still sorting that one out.
Try downloading the newest drivers from the PACE website, new ones were posted about a week ago.
