Can't export files

I have a large live session of over 2hrs worth of music. I am in the process of creating individual sessions of the songs to send to a friend to do some work.

However one of the main files i need i cannot find when i go to import files, but yet i do see the file name when i go to the region list of the main session.

Can anybody tell help me???? How do i export these files into my smaller session. Or where else could they possibly be where i can import them ?????
