HELP! Fuse and Keyspan USB conflict!

I am racing to get my system built on my new G4 800 single from a 9600. I installed the Keyspan USB-serial port adaptor. yesterday and it worked fine on printer. Need it for machine control and printer.
Tonight battling furiously with Fuse install-seems the machine won't boot with both Fuse and Keyspan drivers installed...

Either works fine without the other.

I had a simular problem with my ultra scsi and second monitor card and fuse... all were "buss master" cards(the MIX card is also a buss master card. I gave up the ultrawide and went firewire. The ultra and the xi Micro were not happy with each other. I don't think there is a workaround if this is you problem, because all three are fighting for control.

If I were you, I'd get rid of the Keyspan and get a Stealth Gee port. I've always had problems with Keyspan being unreliable. I have a G4 800 with a Fuse card & a Gee port and they work fine together.
