Default Midisport 8x8 USB and Windows 7 64

All,
I have an older Midisport 8x8s USB that no longer works with Windows 7 64 bit. I have read that there is a EPROM update that they can send you that will make it work... well.....

1. Spoke to AVID - they sent me to M-Audio....

2. Spoke to M-Audio - they sent me back to AVID.

Just trying to figure this out.

Thanks

Doc

Ya this blows - have a unit that will not take the Win 7 drivers (that say they work) The companies do not know and there is supposed to be some chip update that will allow the unit to be seen in Win 7.
