Default Which video capture card can send H.264 video out to a TV from PT11

Not sure if I'm wording this properly, but I'm looking for an alternative to the Black Magic Intensity Pro that will play H.264 formatted .mov files out to a dedicated monitor. I guess PT11 is not officially supported by the Intensity Pro (and even then performance is supposedly not that great).

take a gander through the Post and Surround section
the options get kicked around ever so often
h.264 is a CPU resource hog and is frond upon by most
