Try reinstalling the iLok drivers. That'll reinstall C++ Runtime Distributables....worked for me.

For the benefit of others who may have the same problem, can you elaborate on what you mean by "Uninstall Engine". This doesn't make any sense to me since the Engine is a required component of PT.

albee ya already did that, i have a spare drive that clone the C: drive... using Acronis.
You have a very nice studio, tidy and neat i like that ;-)
