I need a blank pt se file PLEASE!

Over 300 views of my "can't find templates" problem without a response.. and pt support can't figure it out either. Can someone PLEASE send me a blank pt se file so I can hopefully workaround this problem and use the "open file" option at quick start rather than choose a template.
