Protools 10 sync to MIDI sequencer
I am looking for clear cut set up instructions on how to set Protools 10 to sync with external MIDI sequencer. Have read several varying posts and have had mixed results all with sync issues. Using ProTools 10 running on Macbook Pro with 003 Rack and trying to sync with Korg Krome.
Korg only has 1 set stereo outputs and I would like to transfer individual song "tracks" from keyboard sequencer to Protools as individual stereo tracks to alow greater control and flexibility for mix down. I would also like to capture MIDI note information for each sequencer track. I know that reducing the HW buffer size is critical as anything over 128 makes a mess of sync. |
