Pro Tools 11 installer missing

Hi, I've just purchased an Eleven Rack with Pro Tools. I have added the authorizations to my iLok (for PT 10, 11 & 12). When I go to My Products and Subscriptions on Avid's website, I can see the installers for PT 10 and PT 12, but not 11.
I have installed 10.3.9 and it's working fine, but I want to install PT 11 also. Can anyone help me with where to find the installer?

I can take a look. Are you using the same email here for the community that you used for your activation? (Don't post it here!)

Wow! That was quick, thanks! Yes it is the same email address.
My iLok is using a different email address but it is linked to my Avid profile so shouldn't be a problem, especially since PT10 installed without problems.

Turns out it was a fairly common problem since they've been rolling out PT12. Contacted Sweetwater, who I bought it through, and they contacted Avid who sent me the installer link.

Hello, same problem here !
I've baught upgrade from PT10 to PT11 one month ago and today no more PT11 to download in my avid account.....
I clic the link provide for people who don't see all product in the account, and here avid ask me for system id.
I have all the mails from avid and digidesign from years and...... no systen id.
Can some one tell me what's going on on my account ?
I can see and download pt 7 pt 8 pt10, but pt11 would be fine too.
