Default Avid Pitch II Plugin Bug

I always use Avid Pitch II Plugin.
(For me it's better than waves doubler)

but it cause big 2 bugs.

01. "FINE" value changes after offline bounce arbitrarily.
(moves about 3 cents on both LR)

02. Universal flanging between songs.

I love this plugin and have been plagued with this bug for a long time.
Please improve AVID stuff...
