plugins that not in hd2 pack

hello,i have a hd2, some of plugins that come with my pacage are in demo version and only have 3 day to expir, but in hd3 they are free like (reverb one ,mooger fooger and slightly rode ,...)if i want to buy those plugin for my hd2 how much i must to pay?
in price list of digidesign plugins this price is about total of 6,000 us $ ,but this is weeery hai beqaus if i get hd3 accel i only must to pay about 3,000 us $haier than my hd2.
now if i want to change my hd2 pcie to hd3 pcie (for only having another plugins)how much i must to pay?
is this eny way to buy only 3ed accel and plugins (that are in hd3 accel) forupgrading my hd2,or i must send my hd2 and give another hd3?
