machine control question
Is there any reasonable concern about how long the serial cable run can be from the PT CPU, in regard to machines that that need to be controlled and are on the other side of a facility?

The cable run from the machine room to the PT suite in our facility is about 25m and we have had no problems so far. Nick

Hey Mike, how are things?
We have no problems with pretty good length runs in our facility(prob 50-70ft) We even have it run through the router, in some cases doubling that distance with no ill effects. Matt
