Better cross-referencing of info

Here's one that happened a while back. I was away from the studio for some weeks and the junior engineer called after trying to locate this info for the engineer who was in mixing. I also tried to find this info looking through the D-Control guide, but it took a while for me to find it.

The scribble strips on the D-Control have five display modes. If you look in the D-Control guide, these modes are listed on page 50 (Chapter 6: Channel Strip Controls). But what's not listed is how to toggle through these modes. That info is found on page 61. The problem is that if you aren't yet familiar with this control, or in my case forgotten about where this button is located since I wasn't in front of the console, you won't find out how to change the display modes by looking up the scribble-strips in the manual.

This isn't the first and only time I've encountered this sort of situation in the documentation. It's just the one I can currently think of.
