Default Behringer X-touch issue

Dear colleagues,

I have disconnecting issues with my X-touch. After a while of mixing with automation it loses contact to PT. It still receives data, but does not send my fadermoves to PT.
I am using PT 12.5 on Win7, X-Touch is connected via USB, HUI Mode. Same experiences on different computers like my laptop and also on PT11.

How I tried to solve the problem so far:
-Changed the X-touch to newer model post year 2017
-Newest Firmware 1.15
-Changed USB and chipset driver and USB Cable

Remarkable for me: In the PT Controller Settings only "X-Touch emulated" is available. I saw videos where users choose from "X-Touch INT" - I dont have this.

What is wrong? Who can help me?

Greets and thany a lot
Joerg
