PT9 LE crossgrade - "Full" or "Updater"?
h'lo all,
when you downloaded your PT9 LE crossgrade, did you download; (a.) the "Full" installation (4.7Gb), or (b.) the "PT9 Updater" (1.8Gb), or (c.) both? thanks

Re: PT9 LE crossgrade - "Full" or "Updater"?
Is it possible to do a full install without losing all your plugins? Do I have to reinstall them too?

Re: PT9 LE crossgrade - "Full" or "Updater"?
I had no issues with losing plugins. There may be some older plugins that won't work anymore without an update. I had AutoTune 3 working fine on 8.0.4, but it throws an error message in 9.

Re: PT9 LE crossgrade - "Full" or "Updater"?
It's recommended to uninstall the old version. Choose "clean" (complete) uninstall.
This is assuming you're downloading the "full" installer. |

I used the updater on both my systems and it worked with no issues.
