thinking about buying pt le- help

i'm thinking about buying a pt le through Carillon Audio Systems, has anyone have any input on these? Right now i'm using a Yamaha MD8 (don't laugh, ha) and i'm wanting to up grade to protools. any suggestions i'd appreciate. thanx [img]images/icons/rolleyes.gif[/img]

What computer will you be using it with? OS, ram, etc.

We are very satisfied with the 001.

it's a intel p4 1.7GHz, 512MB 400MHz RDRAM, 40GB and 40GB seagate softsonic, ATA100 7200rpm hard drives windows 98 SE RTM-1transprot control. i don't know much about computers, i'm just getting into this, so i don't know what all that stuff means right now. Carillon Audio Systems puts DAWs systems together. i've looked on ebay for something i could put together but with this it comes all set up. i've also look at other software and it seems protools is the best so i'm trying to get a le set up.

thank you peter, that info kept on carillon's site for awhile. they have good reviews.
