2021.6 colours?

Dear AVID

I'm so sick to the back teeth of seeing all these different threads about colours. Why don't you sort out getting Elastic Audio to work *properly*, or even better, giving us the "next generation Elastic", instead of fiddling about these "customisable" colours? Who the f*k has got all these hours to wile away just dicking about with these subtle or not so subtle colour alterations? Who really gives a toss? Some time stretching elastic that doesn't sound like the algorithms are 15+ years old would be a lot more useful than deciding whether my markers should be yellow or green or whatever.

Haha - my thoughts exactly! I tried the dark theme once and couldn't stand the way the waveforms looked and abandoned it. Like you said - not enough hours in the day to mess with it!

I'm kinda glad they sorted it in one update though..

I had envisioned them milking it for a couple of years before they made it customizable..

Actually, I love Dark Mode and what Avid did. I just never understood users spending time modding it.

But yes, Logic's version of elastic audio is so much better and useful than Pro Tools, I wonder if Avid will ever update it.

I'd take full Melodyne integration as a start!
