Now there's a loaded question....

Digi probably has some of the tools...

Waves certainly does if you are ready to empty your wallet from now on!
"LIFE'S TO SHORT FOR ==>> WUP!!!" (obligatory non-referral statement)

It is Waves' L2 brick wall limiter and linear phase processors that most people feel they need to do "HOT MIXES". Sony also has a great collection of mastering plugins at a similar price point (BUT NO WUP!)

..and if you want to play with a loaded plugin for easy money, check out Izotope Ozone 3 or their 64 bit bundle at $199-/$299-. Definitly a S-load of stuff in this one.

By the way, do you have the monitors, room acoustics, etc... that will allow you to judge if the mix is good? That is one of the things you are paying a mastering engineer for not to mention a lot of other 'goodies and tricks' including a "guarantee" it will be good on radio. You are probably looking for 'broadcast' plugins for this.
